Savour

The Campfire Kids was a club started by a bunch of us kiddies in our neighborhood. The sole purpose of this club was to burn campfires in the woods. We kind of had to sneak around to do this. I'm not recommending this practice but it was a lot of fun.We exhibited extreme caution and cleared the area and put down rocks to encircle the pit. At first we cooked marshmallows and hotdogs then we cooked apples and potatoes in the coals. They tasted best encrusted with ash. Warm and savoury! I trust you and yours had a blessed Thanksgiving around the home fires.

The new header is beautiful! I love it. I love the campfire illustration. That blue is so retro and comforting. Beautiful piece indeed. I really like the spare use of color.
