This looks like you are developing a new technique. Very interesting outlines! The unfinished touch gives the illo the feeling of the past, of a memory, which of course is very fitting. I can feel the warmth behind this drawing :)
This is pure sweetness! I love the touch of color washes and the gentle, happy expression on the little boy. The looseness of the lines makes this feel like a happy memory...beautifully done:>

You always choose such a great color palette. Nice, warm feelings here. A lot of love in this one.
Wonderful.

I love the style of your illustrations. They change a little, but I can still tell it is you. Keep going.
Scarecrows and robots...an interesting combo! This illo is 10 on the sweetness scale!...and, reminds me of illustrations from the 50s. Fantastic!
this is darling! I like that your son was into scarecrows! that is so unique!!! I love them too and loved the Wizard of Oz scarecrow. Great work!!!
very sweet. I like the simplicity of the piece.
Many thanks for such kind remarks.
What a glow around them, particularly around the robot--almost like the boy's imagination is illuminating him, animating him. Neat illustration!
I love the sketchy quality of this drawing. It seems as though the little boy hasn't a care in the world except enjoying his toy robot.
